Refund & Cancellation

In case of any technical issue found in online fee payment, such as:

• During the online payment through credit/debit card if the payment gets debited and the internet goes down due to some external server malfunction or any other similar happening.
• The system fails to generate the required acknowledgment due to internet malfunction.

We shall not be responsible in any case until the course/Sponsorship fee paid by student or parent or Sponsor is credited into the Bank Account of the institute. If credited into our account, the refund policy will be applicable as per the institute norms.

Refund policy:

Refunds are applicable only on Gyanalaya Online Programs. Details are listed below:

• Refunds are not applicable if registering as an affiliate/sponsor.
• The last date to apply for a Refund is within 7 days of the course start date.
• Days will be counted from the class commencement date.
• A refund is not permissible after 7 days from the course commencement date.
• Amounts deductible in Refund Cases, towards Administrative and Academic Expenses will be charged 20% of the total paid.
• To apply for a Refund, please email infogyanalaya@gmail.com, with full details (Txn ID, Date, Time, Name, Fathers Name, DOB, Course Opted, Mode of payment) of the payment done.
• Refund requests made verbally or through phone/email/fax shall not be entertained in any case.
• No refund will be made after the Last Refund Date.
• Refunds will be credited to the Father / Mother Bank Account through NEFT / RTGS mode only.
• For this, you must submit a Cancelled Cheque or Bank Passbook first page scanned copy.
• Refund rules are SAME even If a student joins the class after the commencement date or If a student doesn’t join or attend even a single class at all or If a student applies for a refund before the start of the class.
• Refunds will be credited within 7-8 business days.
